Ken is a life-long and true blue University of Illinois Fighting Illini, having earned a degree in communications from the Urbana-Champaign campus and then staying on for law school. He is rated A-V by Martindale-Hubble, the highest score available from this independent, peer-reviewed rating system for attorneys nation-wide. Since limiting his practice to representing injured persons and families from the mid-1980s on, Ken has recovered millions of dollars for his clients and their loved ones, in the process helping to fix what can be repaired and to make up for injuries and losses that cannot be fixed.

Assisted by a capable staff, Ken handles cases in the Champaign-Urbana, Danville, Decatur, Springfield and Bloomington areas, as well as throughout the Central Illinois region, in these primary areas of law: medical and legal malpractice, as well as other catastrophic claims including those caused by vehicular crashes and premises and construction mishaps.
In addition to being a long-serving member of the Board of Managers of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, Ken also served two terms as an elected Governor of the American Association for Justice and is a founding member of Trial Lawyers for Public Justice.

Ken and his wife Lyndy are life-long Chicago Bears and St. Louis Cardinals diehard fans, and are active in and contributors to such diverse civic organizations as Goodwill Industries, Schlarman Academy Foundation, Danville Symphony Orchestra, Southern Poverty Law Center, Public Justice Foundation, Roscoe Pound Foundation, University of Illinois Foundation, Wheaton Associates, Michael Matters Foundation, and Swim for MS. Together Ken and Lyndy have raised five children, and been blessed with eleven grandchildren.
